Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Standard UK delivery is £4.99 per order, and free on orders of £50.00 or more.
- Each product page shows how long it takes to get ready. In-stock items are usually dispatched in 1–2 working days. 3D printed and made-to-order items are produced for you after you order, so they take longer, as shown on the product.
- If your order contains items with different lead times, we'll normally send it all together when the last item is ready. Just ask if you'd rather have it split.
- We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where the service includes it.
Changing your mind (cancellations)
If you buy from us online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at hello@enigmacybersolutions.org with your name and order details. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
- This applies to our made-to-order and 3D printed products too.
- It doesn't apply to items made to your own specification or clearly personalised for you (for example a custom design or name you supply), unless they're faulty. We'll always make this clear before you order.
- You can handle items as you would in a shop to check them. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used or handled more than that and has lost value as a result.
- You pay the cost of returning items when you change your mind. Please use a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
- We'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of getting the items back (or proof you've sent them), to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a refund, repair or replacement and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
About 3D printed items
3D printed pieces are made layer by layer, so small layer lines and slight colour differences between batches are normal and not a fault. Helmets and masks are for display and costume use only. They are not protective equipment.
